1. Flat Die Pellet Press:
Our flat die pellet press had two types, one is wood flat die pellet press and other is fodder flat die pellet press press. Output of the wood flat die pellet press is from 40kgs to 800kgs per hour; We always should be mounting 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm flat die for wood flat die pellet press. This ring die pellet press can pressing less than 3-5mm raw material. If size more than 3-5mm. You can refer to our hammer mill. In order to you can got fitter size to match flat die pellet press. If moisture of raw material more than 15%, you need first drying them to achieve fitter moisture.
Output of the fodder flat die pellet press is from 75kgs to 1100kgs per hour. And the power of motor is from 2.2kw to 30kw, and the power of diesel engine is from 8HP to 22HP. We always should be mounting 2.5mm and 3mm flat die for fodder flat die pellet press.
Flat die pellet press had small bulk, and it only need one person operating it, and it had four wheels beneath shelf, you can move it easy according to your requirement.
2. Ring Die Pellet Mill:
Our ring die pellet mill had two types, one is wood ring die pellet mill and other is fodder ring die pellet mill. And output of wood ring die pellet mill is from 0.2ton to 2.5ton per hour. We always should be mounting 6mm, 8mm and 10mm ring die for wood ring die pellet press. We also should be producing special ring die according to client’s requirement. Example: 20mm ring die. And this ring die pellet mill can pressing less than 4mm raw material. If size more than 4mm. You can refer to our hammer mill. In order to you can got fitter size to match ring die pellet press. If moisture of raw material less than 20%, you didn’t plus dryer before pressing.
Output of the fodder ring die pellet mill is from 0.5ton to 15ton per hour. The power of motor is from 7.5*2+2.2+0.75kw to 132/160+5.5+1.5kw.
Ring die pellet mill had bigger bulk, and it is possible that ring die pellet press be need two persons to operated ring die pellet mill, and ring die pellet mill had not wheels beneath shelf, so if you need moving ring die pellet mill, you need extra conveyance to move ring die pellet mill.
