This kind of oil pressing or seed oil presses includes the electrical heater and control cabinet. The function of the heater is to heat the machine before pressing the oil seeds.
Usually, when pressing the oil seeds, the seeds need to be grinded firstly. Then by using the pointed energy to make the pressing temperature of chamber up to 80-120 degree. At last, comes out the oil. If there is no heater, it will take about nearly 30 minutes to make the temperature up to the appointed one. This kind of oil expeller only needs 5 minutes.
Moreover, the heater is also helpful for increasing oil output. Especially for lower oil-bearing oilseeds, such as soybean, cotton seeds.
The control cabinet can be used for both motor and heater.
