DAK low headroom electric hoist is our recently-developed new generation low headroom model electric hoist. With elaborate structure design, advanced performance, novelty outside appearance, apply to up-dated international DIN, FEM standard, up to foreign products technical level. It applies to mechanical processing, assembly, warehouse and various material handling sites, Espically height limited workshop.
Its features and advantages：
1、ptimal headroom height, lifting height is lifted by 200—500mm compared with common CD hoist.
2、Excellent three-in-one transmission technical, lifting gearbox applies high grade alloy section steel fabricated involute curve bevel wheel gearbox, 3-pole deceleration, smooth traveling, long life-span, reliable property, avoid many shortcomings of CD hoist intermediate shaft long distance transmission.
3、Motor is professional designed new model self-cooling cone-shaped motor, motor frame is forged by good heat dispersion aluminum alloy material, motor insulation grade is F, and protection grade is IP54, one grade higher than common motor. This model motor is equipped with excellent comprehensive property.
4、Electric equipment parts is from world first-class Schneider products, applies large capacity connector. Control switch, motor and other electric parts connection applies fast plug, which make local installation more convenient, various outside cable parts of hoist is protected by PE ripple pipe to ensure reliable cable connection.
5、As per customers requirements, we could do as follows: Hoist traveling, lifting single and double speed or frequency inversion nonpolar speed-adjusting control, remote operation, overload protection, motor overheating protection and other functions.
6、Elaborate and novelty structure, nice appearance, equipped with many outstanding innovations.
（1）、No outside cable of hoist body, all different parts cables have been arranged inside hoist, which make the hoist exterior nicer, such as: Support shaft is hollow thick-wall steel tube, on condition of use strength, best reduce hoist whole weight, realized the passage of cables from left to right inside hoist.
（2）、Compact hoist structure with accompanied box model, various steel scrap or stone material could be added by customers, best save steels and reduce exterior dimensions compared with heavy block style low headroom electric hoist .
（3）、Hoist traveling adopts NF series bevel wheel gearbox drive, drive wheel of both sides transfer torque through a 6-edge steel, large transferring torque, high reliability avoid invalidation of flat-key. Besides, this transmission is good for installation and adjustment of hoist traveling mechanism.
（4）、Lifting mechanism exterior adopts square welding structure, with installation bolts hole four sides and high usability, could be transformed into fixed or suspended bogie traveling electric hoist and 360°rope lead.
7、Whole structure is easy to disassembly, install, convenient maintenance and good maintainability.
