Deodorizing: Most of the heated bleached oil is recovered by the heat exchangers. The bleached oil is heated to the temperature during the process by mineral oil or high pressure steam for deodorizing ,after that the oil enters into the combined deodorizer. Deodorizer is a combined type: the upper is the packing structure, which is used to remove the odor components like FFA, the lower is in a plate type which is used for heating the bleaching and making the quality of the product more consistent. Oil from the deodorizer is cooled and stored after series of heat exchange, volatile like FFA is collected and stored as by products.
